SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times are based on product availability and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Product weights are listed on individual product pages when applicable.

At this time, NubianDoc ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NubianDoc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional delivery information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your NubianDoc purchase.

Because many of our apparel and merchandise items are made to order, we currently accept returns and exchanges only under the conditions below.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Requests submitted within 14 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
  • Size exchanges when the correct size was originally ordered (please review the size guide carefully before purchasing)
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange,please contact us at in**@*******oc.com (subject line: My Order) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
